A Key Event for Adapted Transportation Stakeholders
From May 7 to 9, the Crestline Autobus team had the pleasure of attending the annual conference of the Union des transporteurs collectifs et adaptés du Québec (UTACQ) in Rimouski. This event remains a must-attend gathering for transport operators, municipalities, and all partners committed to accessible, inclusive, and sustainable mobility.
Despite challenging weather conditions, many visitors braved the wind and cold to explore our StarTrans Senator II HD and an adapted van equipped with a new powered wheelchair lift. These two vehicles, showcased at our outdoor booth, reflect our ability to deliver reliable, customized solutions tailored to the needs of adapted transportation across Quebec.
A Presence Rooted in Expertise and Service
Our indoor booth drew in many visitors eager to learn more about our bus customization service, designed to meet the needs of both urban and rural environments. These conversations also provided the perfect opportunity to highlight our after-sales service, a cornerstone of our long-term commitment to our clients.
A highlight of the conference was the opening keynote on Thursday, May 8, delivered by our Senior Regional Sales Director, Mike Harbec. He took the audience through the history of Crestline bus as we mark our 50th anniversary in 2025. He also introduced Robin Giard in his new role, who answered several participant questions about our customer service and parts availability.
Strengthening Partnerships and Field Presence
The UTACQ conference is also a key moment to strengthen our strategic partnerships, particularly with Q’Straint, who was also present at the event. Meeting face-to-face, discussing industry needs, and building lasting relationships, that’s what gives these events such meaningful value.
We left Rimouski inspired and energized to continue playing an active role in the future of adapted transportation in Quebec.
